For over a decade, my life was dictated by addictions to video games and scrolling on social media, and I had the weak and painful posture to prove it. I personally understand how hard it is to build a better life for yourself because I lived it. I'm not one of those "perfect" gym bros that has worked out 6 days a week since 15 years old that can't even understand your struggles, let alone help you overcome them. I am overcoming challenges every day—and you can too! Movement is for everyone, no matter where you are starting.
Not to mention, a lack of strength is the number one reason people lose their independence and ability to do basic tasks around the house, let alone do anything they want to do or enjoy, and end up in retirement homes later in life. This is largely, if not entirely, avoidable by improving and maintaining basic strength!

Movement coaching is not just a fancy name for old-fashioned personal training. Movement coaching is the solution to one of the biggest problems in the personal training industry!
The number one reason people quit their personal trainer is the cost, and far too often when they stop seeing the personal trainer, they stop exercising entirely! This is because they show up, the trainer tells them what to do, and that's it. Think about how insane it would be if you never brushed your teeth at home and relied entirely on a dentist to clean them for you! My purpose is to empower you to be as comfortable and confident in your ability to exercise on your own as easily as brushing your own teeth!
Just as it is normal to brush your teeth every day, AND go to the dentist for regular checkups, I believe a better system is for you to be in charge of your own fitness, AND see a movement coach for regular check ins, updates, and changes to your workout programming. This saves countless thousands of hours of trial & error by utilizing the expertise and experience of the movement coach! I will create and adjust your workouts based on your changing life circumstances, goals, and abilities. We will work together on a regular basis at first to build your skills, and as you progress and build your confidence you will need me less and less!
